Not only does it not say when/if i have successfully uploaded a file, when I import the translation nothing happens… Advise.

It is not specific to my account, your language importer is not correct… I have tried multiple computers, multiple surveys, and all of your methods. You have zero validation verifying the successful upload of the CSV file or anything…
Give it a shot on your own forms! If you export a translation, you cannot create a new language using this translation.
