XLS Download Not Working


When sending clients an automated link for downloading the raw data each week or month, the XLS options appears to stop with a message saying “Your XLS export is being generated: 0%”.  The CSV works fine.  Since i can’t remove the XLS link option I keep having to field calls on it not working from different people are the client’s office.   Does anyone know of a way to solve this issue?
