Today, after the survey has been running smoothly for some time, the email action has become inconsistent. We are using this survey to register people for our conference.

So far, 9 people have registered today but I’ve only been copied on 6 emails. One person called and asked about receiving an email. I tried “refiring” from his individual response, and still nothing. We’ve never had this happen before.
Any idea what’s going on?
There are a number of factors that could be impacting email delivery. Sometimes emails get queued up by the recipient’s server before they are placed in the inbox, sometimes emails can go into spam folders. Have you had the intended recipients check their spam/junk folders?
I would recommend reaching out to SurveyGizmo support as they will have access to logs for any emails sent from SurveyGizmo and should be able to provide some clarity as to why certain emails are not arriving or are delayed.
