[Solved] why is the “complete” redirect is not working?

For our Conception 2015 survey, we are distributing through a third party which has access to a survey panel. Can you please have a look at why the “complete” redirect is not working? Or even if you can send us details on ‘piping’ the rnid. We are on a Professional account.
