When anyone from Brocade Communications attempts to send surveys they are not all uploading and we have had 2 people from Survey Gizmo tell us were attempting to send duplicate surveys. Our reporting team just matched the error logs to the surveys they should have been sending and they cant find the duplicates. Can someone please help us figure out why this is happening.
