I’ve created a survey similar to last years. I send an email to two indviduals to test the survey. One sees the new survey and the other see the previous survey. I am sending the same link to each. Any suggestions?
This is strange… I would suggest that the individual who is seeing the old survey clear the cache and cookies on their browser (in case the browser is caching on their end).
In case this doesn’t help, it would be helpful to get an idea of the exact process that you are taking to send the link to your respondents.
