Why does the ‘response status’ not update?

I want to see which contacts filled the survey in partially and who completed it.

But when I make an export by send status (or via the contact page/ or via the status delivery page) it says everybody has ‘not started’. While in reality already 70 people filled it in.

What can I do to solve this?

    As other users in the Community don’t have access to your survey, we can only speculate as to what is causing the problem. This might be due to the link behavior settings on your campaign:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/email-campaigns-link-behavior

    If you changed this setting from the default, tracking would have been disabled.

    The other thing that would affect the tracking is not using the correct link via the email campaign message.
