Client Satisfaction – Service Department is built to filter “Only show responses collected between” for “-1 week” and “now”
Problem is despite there has not been a response since October 30, yet we still get this report emailed every week showing 3 responses (27 Oct – 30 oct)

I have an easy solution for you!
We have a checkbox that you can check to not send if there isn’t any new data. You can find this option by going to your report and clicking Customize Report>Share and then clicking this option:
We have that setting because the report does not run if there isn’t any new data and why you still see the old data.
