When I try to manually test one of my current surveys (Winter Overseas), I am being returned a blank screen with Preview/Test mode at top. I don’t know why this is?
I can still test by sending myself the hotlink but I used to be able to use the direct route too!
Any ideas please?
The blank screen you’re seeing when you try to manually test your survey is a result of your survey using one of our old themes that was designed using our old theme builder, which we no longer support. I would recommend switching the theme of your survey to a theme from our new theme builder, as it will solve this problem and many other potential problems you and your respondents may run into with an old theme.
