[Solved] Why can’t I see all of the projects on our account?


I am trying to access a project created by a user that I created. When searching by the name or by the project number, I find no results.


I am an account administrator for our corporate account, and have all permissions enabled.

Do I need to alter something to be able to view and modify all projects on our corporate account?

    Is your user on the same team that owns that survey?  If you aren’t a member of the team owning that survey, it won’t show up.  I would use the Download Survey List button at the bottom of your dashboard to find out what team the survey is on.  You might not be on that team (even as an admin).
