Users in the community forum do not have access to your account so won’t be able to view your survey/responses.
One thing that can cause blank responses is a scenario where no questions are required and the respondent gets to the end of the survey. This is considered a ‘Complete’ response by SurveyGizmo.
If this is not the case in your survey, I recommend reaching out to SurveyGizmo support via live chat or email as they will have access to your survey.
