Based on your screenshots, is looks like you want to stop service in December and resume in January?
We don’t do any billing pauses, but you are more than welcome to downgrade your account to the Free version, and then upgrade when your ready to resume your billing cycle. If you do have an older plan with SurveyGizmo where features and pricing are grandfathered in, you are at subject to loose them when coming back from the free version.
