We’d like to add a new user to our account, however every time we try, they are never receiving the Welcome/Setup email. We have more than enough available user slots so it’s not that. We also tried checking in spam folders but nothing. Help!
You might need to have your IT department whitelist the IP that SG sends the emails from. You can contact sg support directly about this and they should be ableto help get you the IP to whitelist. Or if that doesn’t help, the support folks can also help those new users directly and get them temp passwords to be able to login with. Support’s email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
