I have sent out a campaign. Several of my users are responding that there are no buttons appearing, so they can’t select answers. For one, she says she is using IE11, which should be supported.
I have asked her to try another browser but would like to see if there is something I can do on my end to prevent this from occurring.
Try using the default browser icons instead of SurveyGizmo’s enhanced buttons. Open the STYLE menu, and then scroll all the way to the bottom and click on the LAYOUT option. Open the LAYOUT OPTIONS tab, and select the USE DEFAULT BROWSER…. option.
