I uploaded a spreadsheet of User ID’s and Passwords on Friday, I wanted to verify they were working before sending out a survey to our clients and they do not appear to be? Help please…….

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. I usually have folks upload test credentials into a list for testing purposes. Many times, if you’re having problems with this specific kind of action, rebuilding it tends to be easier than manipulating an existing one. I would challenge you to review the Log in / Password action video tutorial…
I would also be sure that you’re using a .CSV file (they tend to have the fewest issues). If you continue to have trouble, please submit a proper support ticket and include the pertinent information.
