My NPS survey is activated by clicking on a separate button for each NPS score. Each button passes four URL variables to the survey, including a variable called “rate” for the NPS score. However, when I prepare a report and segment the results by those URL variables, only the variable called “rate” shows any data. The report indicates there was no data for the segments based on the other 3 URL variables. Very frustrating. What’s going on??
It’s a bit difficult to know what might be going on (without having access to your survey/report and viewing the set up of the segments).
Have you run a CSV / Excel export to confirm that there is data available for each of URL variables (the export should have a column for each variable):
