I’m attempting to update the “Sell-a-bration 2017 Attendee Survey – DRAFT” survey by swapping out the banner image for a new one. Under the Style tab > Logo, there’s an option to “Remove/Change Image.” I can select that option and locate the image on my PC, but after I select the replacement PNG 90KB image, it does not upload to SurveyGizmo. Additionally, I can neither select a previously-uploaded image nor can I navigate from page 1 to page 2 within the Select Image dialog box. It seems like you are taking the right steps (according to your video). I’m not entirely sure what might be causing the issue.
You may consider reaching out to SurveyGizmo’s Support so that they can troubleshoot your survey specifically. Unfortunately, folks in the community can only provide suggestions.
