a colleague just asked for my help with her survey. I looked it up from my login, found her survey and was able to make changes to her survey questions. We were both shocked. We imagined no-one could make changes to a survey we have created ourselves. We are now worried someone could accidentally mess about with our survey. Have we misunderstood?
Thank you, Jim for responding to this. He is definitely correct that the Users, Teams, and Roles functionality can be quite complex. If your end goal is to ensure that users see their surveys and only their surveys the Stand-alone user option would achieve this:
If you are looking for more nuance putting users on teams and assigning surveys to those various teams is more flexible.

If you have admin rights to SurveyGizmo, you can define teams and control which users can view specified surveys.
