[Solved] Update account to trial mode only

Can we switch our account to trial mode?

Our Survey Gizmo subscription has or will soon be expiring and we are not renewing at this time. I was previously advised that this account must be switched trial mode so we can keep historical surveys and we can reactivate account should we need to reinstate in the future.
