[Solved] unwanted variables checked when exporting SPSS file

I am trying to export an SPSS file but there are unwanted variables checked in the Report Settings window when I click on export SPSS file.  Most of the variables checked are not things I added to my survey, only the bottom two in the attachment.  How can I make it so that I don’t have to uncheck all these variables every time I export for SPSS?

Easiest way is to uncheck them once at the start of the project – name the export something like “template”.

The when you want to create an export to SPSS, instead of clicking “SPSS export” in the create an export section at the top what you do is copy the “template” (displayed below). It will come up as “Copy of template”. Click on that heading – it will open a page like below:

Click ‘customize report’ to rename it, and ‘run report’ will download your SPSS file with current survey data.

    Hope that helps,
