[Solved] Unable to reset password


I have just setup a new user. When the user tries to log into the system it asks them to set a new password. Once they do this it tells them this password has been used before (which is not true as they are a totally new user). Then they are asked to reset the password again, and each time it tells them that the password has been used before.
