I get this error message on a subset of responses (some of which I have opened without a problem in the past). I am trying to open individual responses in PDF docs so that I can download them.
When I looked up this problem on the help boards, it looks like it’s a bug specific to my account that I might need help with. Please let me know what I can do about this!
Like you said, this might be specific to your account (in which case I suggest reaching out to the SurveyGizmo Support Team directly – email@example.com).
The only thing I can think of is that this is a cacheing issue in which case I would try to clear the browser cache and cookies on the browser that you use to access SurveyGizmo.
