Unable to send survey’s due to SPF record

We have had to remove include:surveygizmo.com from our SPF record as the number of nested includes has made our SPF record invalid.

 

Specifically, survey gizmo has added a number of includes to it’s SPF record that has caused the total number of DNS lookups on our SPF record to exceed the allowed limit of 10.

    Hi Morgan and Korey,

    We recommend including app.sgizmo.com rather than include:surveygizmo.com. app.sgizmo.com contains all the IPs that we’ll send from on your behalf. Whereas, surveygizmo.com has a number of lookups that don’t apply for sending emails on behalf of our customers.
