I got a error notification from surveygizmo, and it has “session id” in mail.
Is there any place I can find more log information in surveygizmo ?

If you export your survey data to CSV/Excel, the file will contain a column for session id – you should be able to track down the response associated with the session id that you received and that hopefully sheds more light on the error:
