What to do if translation for unsubscribe page does not work???


I would like to translate unsubscribe page and I did that in Text-Translations just like the other messages for the survey. But when I click in email invitation to Unsubscirbe, the message is in english…

    @Panel : There are a couple of ways to get your email invites to display the proper translated version of your unsubscribe message:

    1) If your email campaign¬†Language is set to Auto (the default behavior) your browser’s language preference will need to be set to the various translated languages in order to display them. This is covered in more detail in our tutorial on Getting Started with Survey Translations:



    2) You can also change the language of your campaign to a specific language. This will the force a certain language translation to display for both the survey and the unsubscribe message. You can set the Language for your campaign in the Advanced Settings:
