Is there a way to track emails that are opened but the link to the survey wasn’t clicked?


My client would like to know every step in the email campaign, including opened only emails, clicked links, disqualified, partials, and completes. I see how to track all except for opened only emails. Is there a way to track that?

Also, is there a report for these statistics or just the export function?

    @Shana : We do not track opens currently but we do track clicks. Within the status log, which can be accessed by clicking Export Contact with Send Status on the Delivery Statistics step of your Email Campaign, you can distinguish emails that were received from those that were clicked. Look for the Send Status column for your message in question.
