Does SurveyGizmo impose a time limit for survey responses to be submitted once the survey link is shared with participants?
I would not want that if someone does not complete within a certain time, they are excluded from participating in the Survey. The Survey will be to a closed group of persons.
We send survey multiple times in a week. We want our survey recipients to respond to the survey within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, survey link should give them the “closed survey” message or something similar.
Is it possible to do this in Survey Gizmo, even with custom code?
If you are using the Email Campaign function to send the links out, you can go into the Advanced Settings and define a date on which the link will no longer open the survey. The Email Campaign function creates unique survey links for each respondent on the contact list, so this is probably the best way that you will be able to define unique closing dates for your survey links.
Another option would be to create a tracking link for each group of surveys that you send out. This option also allows you to define a closing date for the link. Review the SurveyGizmo documentation for details – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/tracking-links#setup
