Apparently the Support Team is off until 11/1, so I thought I’d ask my question here. We’re on a Basic plan and I wanted to test the Pro plan with an email send. Does anyone know if I can upgrade for just one month to test and then downgrade again if needed?
the above answer seems to be not valid yet, due to change in pricing period. Is it correct?
We have a free version now.
What if we take, let’s say, basic licence (now only yearly) and after 1 or 2 month we want to move to standard or market research?
How billing works in this case?
You absolutely can upgrade your Basic account to Pro for a month and downgrade again if needed. This can all be achieved within the Account > Account Summary under the Plans section.
