Some of my colleagues in IBM have created surveys for me to review. They have added my email to receive notifications but I still cannot see anything.
In the image you can see I have over a thousand surveys, but I can only review about 20/30. I presume this is an admin access problem. Help please.
As you mentioned, this is likely an admin access problem – most likely the surveys that you do not have access to are on a ‘team’ that you are not currently assigned to.
To gain access to surveys within your account, you will need to reach out to one of the admins on your account – admins control survey access for users on their accounts.
