So the use case is that TEAM A wants to share their survey with TEAM B.
TEAM A goes into the ADVANCE TAB, GENERAL SETTINGS and adds TEAM B to the TEAM OWNERSHIP List and saves the settings. BUT TEAM B cannot see the survey.
I go in as an ADMIN and look at the survey and see TEAM B in the TEAM OWNERSHIP field in the GENERAL SETTINGS. I then go into the ACCOUNT, USER MANAGEMENT tool, and look at TEAM B and look under OWNED PROJECTS and the survey is not on their list. I add the survey to the list. After I as an admin add the survey to the team in the team management tool, TEAM B sees the survey.
Why is the act of TEAM A adding TEAM B as an owner not working? Why do I have to go into the system as an Admin and add the survey TEAM A wants to share to TEAM B’s profile (or list of projects). This has happened more than once.
Does anyone else have this issue? It adds work for me as an admin. I want folks to be able to share their surveys without my intervention.
