I am considering adding a survey link within an online product. It would be a survey to measure satisfaction with the product.
Is it possible to allow recipients to take the survey multiple times, but only once per sitting? In other words, if a client logs in and clicks the survey link, then they ideally should not be able to take the survey again unless they exit the product (whether that be closing a browser tab, or closing the browser entirely).
If that functionality is available, would it work if I used an embedded survey rather than a link? Would it work on mobile and tablet?
From a SG Support Hero: “Unfortunately, I don’t believe that sort of functionality would be possible. We’re not able to access browser controls like close a tab or window to log whether or not that has happened.”
