I’ve got the basic package. I’m trying to create a question along the lines of the table in this link:
It is a table with two columns but has two column headings within each column so for the first few rows I want the headings to be “per day” and “years” but then within the same table have new column headings “per week” and “years”. Is this possible?
The other problem I am having is that when I use the survey on a small screened tablet it breaks my table up into each row. Is there any way to stop this. I need respondents to be able to see the whole table as they answer.
Sorry about the troubles you ran into, let me tackle them here. You’d need to break it into two different questions to have column headers that are different like you described or create a Custom Group with two Textbox Grid questions.

Due to the way that data is stored in the system, that’s just a limitation you’ll have to work around.
As far as the grids being broken up when looking at the question on mobile, you can change the type of interaction that happens on mobile by going to the Interactions tab when styling the survey:
You’ll likely end up choosing the Not Mobile Optimized but give the Standard a try to see if it might work out for you!
I hope this helps out. Cheers & happy surveying!
Be excellent to each other,
