Help please! I manage many surveys on my organizational account, and they keep disappearing randomly. They aren’t under the category on the left, nor are they in All Surveys, even if I have the exact correct name to Search. This continues to happen, and then they reappear randomly days later. I need to gather results for reports – help please!

My educated guess would start with a question – Is there someone else on your SurveyGizmo account who is playing with the User, Team, or Project settings?
Hi there! Jim W our trust moderator is correct that this is likely due to some user and team settings. I see that there are multiple administrators on your account who would all have the ability to change these settings. There are also numerous teams so my guess is nothing is truly missing we just need to fix up the settings!
