I know Survey Gizmo just switched some things as of Feb 22nd. I had two surveys created and used prior to Feb 22nd and now I cannot access them. I have a free account and just updated my account to reflect this as well. Thank you.

I’m very sorry for the trouble that you are running into with your Free Account. Are you having trouble accessing the account in general (login trouble)? Or is it that once you login, you are unable to access the two surveys that you referenced?
In either case, we can certainly help you sort this out! If you can reach out to our team via firstname.lastname@example.org, we can troubleshoot this problem.

I did want to mention that Free Accounts are limited to three active surveys (any surveys that are not closed), in case that might be a factor in what you are experiencing.
