Can SurveyGizmo do this?

I’d like to have a survey item that asks if the user has any questions or comments. I’d like the user to be able to write the questions or comments one at a time. So, ideally, they’d write their question/comment in a text box, then click a “more” button to add another, and so until until they’re done. Then, they would click a “done” button. So it would look like this:

  1. Please write any questions or comments you have for us. Write your question or comment and then click “more” to add another or “done” to finish and return to the next survey question.

[TEXT BOX for user to fill in with one question/comment]

    (MORE)        (DONE)   <—- buttons

Does Survey Gizmo off this kind of thing?

This is possible and there are a couple of approaches. One option is the ‘Add As Needed’ feature described here:

You could also have a survey that has one question, and loop through it for each new question using a URL redirect action that is triggered with a logic condition if the respondent wants to add another question:

    I hope this helps!
