Hello, the links on the bottom of my dashboard that should link to my previous support issues actually route me to the .com site, where it tells me that I am not a member, rather than the .eu site where I am a member. The titles to the links look OK, in that they refer to issues that I have had and questions I’ve asked, but I can’t follow the links to my previous answers as it all routes through the .com site.
ALSO, if I try to add example surveys to my own account, I get the same issue: I get routed to sign in at the .com site rather than the .eu site.

We have had a somewhat frustrating experience with customer support. Friday 10/28 and Monday 10/31 your offices were closed and we were unable to get any support. While attempting to get support today (11/2), the chat was unavailable. We continued to refresh the page as if we were scouring for concert tickets. The chat window would pop up, but close before we could submit any text.
