The survey name is 2016
I have people taking the survey and it is letting them in an as soon as they click back or previous button it says – you have already taken the survey and it will not let them vote.
Have you implemented any sort of duplicate protection on your survey? If you have and depending on the duplicate protection, some respondents could be prevented from completing the survey:
If you don’t have duplicate protection, are respondents using the browser back/forward buttons, or the buttons in the survey? The survey buttons are the ones that should be used.
Other SG users like yourself in the Community forum are not able to access your surveys – but hopefully the above suggestions help!
