SurveyGizmo has a Review Action feature that is worth exploring for this:

As part of this feature, you can enable that your respondents can download a PDF version of their survey.
The alternative option is to send your respondents a PDF of their response data via email using the Send Email Action:

This assumes that you collect your respondents’ email addresses. Similarly to the first option, there is a setting to include a PDF version of the survey along with the email.
