In my status log it is showing that someone has begun to fill out my survey but they are still on my list of sent but has not opened? Why would that be?
I also have someone showing up twice on the individual reports yet there name was on the campaign only once, so I’m not sure with the unique link how this could be?
I also had one email show as a soft bounce, I want them to receive all the information from the campaign because their username and password for their required information was embedded in the email. Will survey gizmo keep sending it?
It sounds like you may need to reach out to SurveyGizmo with regards to the first 2 queries – there may be something specific to the survey that they might be able to point to to explain what you are seeing.
With regard to Soft Bounces, SurveyGizmo will attempt to resend these up to a certain point. If the email continues to soft bounce, it will eventually turn into a hard bounce.
