I am using the free version right now. My home page shows just one survey, though I know I created others. If I try to make a copy of the one I have, I get an error that says I have reached my maximum of three surveys, but still, there is only one listed on the page. When I click Download Survey List, I see quite a few — 9 are listed as “Archived,” 5 are “Deleted,” and just one is listed as “Open.”
Clearly I am looking at a bug but now my hands are tied and there are no support options. Am I stuck? Sounds like all I can do is abandon my account.
