Why does survey still show trial version after I activated my account?


I created a survey in the trail version and then I activated the account. The survey is still there, but when I test it, it still says This is a trial version of Survey Gizmo and the user is not verified.

How do I have that removed?

    Hi Friends, I’m having the same issue.


    Does it just take some time?

      • I generated a new link and opened that in a private browser window – its gone now, but I’m not sure what did it!
