Is it possible to build a routing feature into the survey that auto alerts a user if there’s a specific account holder if the respondent answers a certain way? For instance, if there’s a question that says “What’s your favorite colors” the answer options are red, green, blue. If the respondent selects blue, can the survey be routed to the account holder responsible for blue responses?
A second question, how much would it be to add a couple more users to our team? I have some team members who I’d like to be the recipients of the routed questions (eg someone that gets the survey because someone answered blue)

It depends on what you mean by ‘routing the survey.’ Do you mean survey responses?
You can setup an email action within a survey that will send a message to any email address when specified logic conditions are met (i.e. Question5=BLUE). This message can contain any survey response that you want to include within the message. You can also send the entire response if you want.
