I am creating an employee recognition form. This form will be shared with the staff to nominate their peers for an award. The information about nominees is to be kept confidential and share with HR’s email address only. HOw can this be done?

I should note that if there are other account administrators on your account they will be able to change team assignment thus potentially compromising confidentiality.
