My response are not updating from the survey, i think people have done the survey but i cannot see the response. Could the be reason why responses could be delayed??
Please assist me ASAP.

Are you looking at a report to determine if you have received responses? Sometimes there is a time lag between the time a respondent hits the SUBMIT button and the when it is posted in SurveyGizmo.
