Suppressing group labels for multiple choice answers


I need to build a quiz that has a single question but multiple pairs of radio button answers. I see that can be accomplished with groups. But from what I can tell, the groups require the group label to be shown next to/before each answer pair. That’s just extraneous information gumming up the users’ experience. Is there any way to suppress the group labels?

Here’s an example of what I’m trying to achieve (each answer is a radio button, each answer row is a group):

Growth          Cost Savings

Processes      People

Work             Fun

    Hey Mark, if all your wanting is for there to not be a group label, I suppose you could just put in the HTML code for a non-breaking space, which is essentially filling the label field with an invisible space.  The HTML code is:
