I have created an email campaign, and want to make sure that the contacts who receive the invitation can only take the survey once.
However, I noticed that I can take a survey, then click on the link again, and after I get the Thank You page, I can change the URL and remove the GUID and it allows me to take the survey again. The response is recorded against the contact for the second time.
How can I detect this is happening so I can prevent the user from taking the same survey multiple times?
I don’t think there is an option to lock down the url bar, but you could probably implement some additional security in the survey to prevent another response from being submitted.
I would recommend using the email campaign in conjunction with the Login/Password Action which would require a password in order to proceed in the survey. Once the password is used, the survey cannot be accessed again using that password (even if the url is altered).
