How to stop sending a follow up survey to the wrong contact person

    If I understand the issue correctly, I think you are using email campaigns with reminders and the email address is incorrect for one contact.  

    If so go to Share > Email Campaigns.  Select the Campaign > go to Contacts.   Use the search to find that contact.  Then open that contact and you can edit the email address and future reminders will go to that address.
