Hi, please help – I have no idea why you changed the editing function within the reporting tool, I was just getting the hang of it and now I need to learn all over again how to make the edits to my report. BUT, the main issue I am having, is that previously when I created a standard report, the top of the report would have two tabs – one summary tab and one ‘individual reports’ tab, allowing the viewer to delve into more detail per individual response if they wished – this was EXTREMELY valuable to me – in the summary report, although you can view all responses, it randomises the responses in alphabetical order, thus resulting in a totally anonymous summary page, rendering our surveys useless. Is there a way to turn this feature back on to the standard report – if so please advise ASAP?! Thanks
The feature to include individual responses is still available but has moved – it can now be added via the Insert button (the feature is called the Response Table):
I’m not sure if you were looking to get in touch with SurveyGizmo’s support or you wanted to post this to other SurveyGizmo users on the community (if you were looking to reach out to SG Support, you can email them at email@example.com):
I hope this answers your question!
