I have read the instructions for private domain, but what the solution if…

We have a SSL Wildcard, how can we use for a Secure Private Domain?

Thank to you

You will likely need to reach out to SurveyGizmo Support with this, but these couple of documents should help:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/secure-private-domain

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/set-up-a-private-domain#secure-private-domains

If you need to reach out to SG Support, there are a number of options:

    https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/surveygizmo-support-hours

    I hope this helps!

You may want to reach out to SurveyGizmo Support to see if there is a different process with the SSL wildcard (most secure private domain implementations involve consulting with the SurveyGizmo Support Team).

You can reach them via live chat:

      https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/chat-with-a-hero

or you can email them directly at support@sgizmo.com
