I am trying to draw the ansers from three different questions and have them appear in a report element. Originally there was a text box list asking for name, number, and email, but that failed since the all three boxes needed to be required, yet filling just one was sufficient to move onto the next page.
Currently there are three text box questions, one for name, phone number and email respectively, and I’d like to dump the answers into a report in a manner that shows a list of the names, numbers and emails from each responder.
Is that possible?
The TABLE option is not available in the legacy report. I suggest that you get in touch with SurveyGizmo Support (https://community.surveygizmo.com/email-a-support-hero/) and find out why you can’t add these items. I can’t see your survey, so my usefulness is really limited.
I gave both a shot, survey gizmo won’t let me enter a CONTACT FORM into the survey, even when I select “Use this question”, so I tried the table solution, but there is no option to add question, not only that what I see doesn’t match the articles at all. Is there a way to do this with legacy reports?
In the future you should use the CONTACT FORM question (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/contact-form). This give you validated text boxes for the responses and it is treated as a single question in reporting.
For your current situation, you can insert a TABLE (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/article/link/diy-table) into your report and add the three questions that you want included.
